ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL AND BINDING.

There will be no monetary refunds, only lead replacement. No replacements will ever be considered beyond 21 days from the date of delivery.

We do our best to provide the highest quality leads. Each request for replacments will be evaluated on a case by case basis.

Leads are guaranteed as listed on each purchase page. If the leads do not meet the guarantee for any reason then you may request replacement by calling our sales department at (863)5881941.

Recurring Orders

All recurring orders use Paypal Subscription Technology, and can be cancelled at any time. Recurring orders are billed at the chosen interval AUTOMATICALLY, UNTIL THE SUBSCRIPTION IS CANCELLED. Clients may cancel subscriptions by using Paypal or by calling our Sales Department at (863)5881941.

Pursuant to this Agreement, "Better Business Referral, LLC" of 6555-161 Old Lake Wilson Rd. Davenport Fl. 33896 and its Clients shall agree to the following terms and conditions.

1.) Order Tracking and Statistics provided by "Better Business Referral, LLC" are final and binding.

2.) "Better Business Referral, LLC" is not liable to replace duplicate records in the client's database. A lead may have been captured more than once from different sources. This only applies to duplicates in multiple orders, meaning the same lead could appear in separate orders. Client should never receive duplicate leads in a single order.

3.) "Better Business Referral, LLC" will supply a client with 5% additional leads* in the event of customer being issued **replacements to cover for possible invalid and duplicate leads**. Under no circumstances can a client demand any additional compensation/refund for duplicate leads. However, if invalid telephone numbers and email addresses exceed 5% of the order quantity then "Better Business Referral, LLC" will replace the invalid leads. After this replacement, "Better Business Referral, LLC" will not be liable for any further replacements.

*No overage/extra leads are provided on sale orders.

4.) "Better Business Referral, LLC" will make every effort to fulfill an order within 4 business days after order placement. However, "Better Business Referral, LLC" may take up to 15 business days to completely fulfill an order.

5.) In no event shall either party be liable for special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of use, or loss of profits.

6.) "Better Business Referral, LLC" sells prospect lists only. We DO NOT guarantee sales or conversions. By placing your order you agree that you can not chargeback citing dissatisfaction with quality or service.

7.) Unpaid orders are subject to a 1.5% monthly surcharge. Client is also liable to pay any and all legal and attorney fees incurred which are required to recover the payment.

8.) The relationship between "Better Business Referral, LLC" and the Client will be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Florida. Client hereby irrevocably consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Florida and the federal courts situated in the State of Florida in connection with any action arising between the parties.

10.) If any of these terms are held unenforceable, the remainder of these terms shall remain in effect. Please DO NOT place an order if you do not agree with our terms and conditions.

11.) "Better Business Referral, LLC" reserves the right to terminate this agreement anytime, with or without cause. Termination notice may be provided via email or any other public means and will be effective immediately.

12.) By consenting to this Agreement, the Client warrants that "Client or Authorized Representative of the Client" is at least 18 years of age, and that there is no legal reason that Client cannot enter into a binding contract.

By placing an order you are hereby in agreement with these Terms Of Sale.
